San José Parks Foundation Strategic Plan 2024 - 2027
San Jose Parks Foundation received funding from the City of San Jose in 2023 to conduct a serious long-term Strategic Plan to renew, revive and expand the role and the imprint of San Jose Parks Foundation in the community. ALF Insights conducted a study, many interviews and led the staff and Board of Trustees in the creation of a comprehensive plan.
